SALON POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS

Any no-shows or cancellations* within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee, and require a deposit to confirm the next booking.
*Reasonable exceptions are not subject to these charges.


DEPOSITS

Deposits are required to secure appointments for any appointment involving more than 1.5 hours of chair time. This includes highlights, balayage, creative and corrective colouring.
